Fjeldsaa joins Varig

Annette Fjeldsaa started as Varig’s new customer operations manager on June 13th.
Fjeldsaa was recruited from the electronics manufacturer Norautron, where she led the final assembly line of EV-chargers. She now looks forward to work more directly with the clients.
“I’ve always put the customer experience at the core of any operation I’ve led. And I believe facilitating sustainable operations within commercial real estate is key if we are to succeed with the green transition. Varig has a unique solution for its clients’ sustainability operations. I really look forward to onboard more clients efficiently in our software,” says Fjeldsaa.
Fjeldsaa set to lead customer innovations
Varig CEO Renate Straume says Annette’s experiences in building scalable systems and lead continuous improvement processes will be highly valuable to the company’s further development in efficient customer operations.
“We’re delighted to have Annette as part of our team. We have several innovations on the agenda, and she will be a key contributor in realizing those. Annette is a systems specialist. But she also has customer orientation in her backbone. A trait I’m confident will benefit our customers,” says Straume.
Fjeldsaa has held leadership positions in Prysmian Group and GKN Aerospace Norway. She has a master’s degree in systems engineering from the University of South-Eastern Norway (USN) and holds a Bachelor of Science in automation engineering from Oslo and Akershus University College (HiOA).
