Iversen joins Varig

Isabel Erdal Iversen is Varig’s new Key Account Manager.
Iversen started her position with the company’s Customer Excellence-department on May 2nd. In her new role, she will both work on onboarding new sections, assets and portfolios into the VARIG-system, and follow up clients of the company.
“I’m very happy to join a company that has sustainability at its core. In addition, I’ve been impressed by Varig’s values. Both as a company wanting to drive positive change for the planet. But also as an employer. I believe we’re a good match,” Iversen says.
She joins Varig from Elkraft, where she worked on operations and maintenance of common measurement projects, as well as energy optimization systems and data collection.
“I also hope my experiences within Customer Success will come in handy. I’ve worked a lot in establishing customer relations programs,” Iversen says.
Geared up for growth
Customer Excellence Director Annette Fjeldsaa says Iversen is joining a department in a riveting development.
“There are many new clients to onboard into VARIG. In addition, we’re are gearing up our Customer Success activities. Isabel will be key to our developments within this space. She has a solid track-record and is dedicated. This is something I expect Varig’s clients to enjoy in the time ahead,” Fjeldsaa says.Book a free demo
